At NutraLinea, we are convinced of the quality and performance of our products. But in the unlikely event that something is not right with your order, you would rather have another NutraLinea product or you have just changed your mind: no problem with us.
You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges on the original purchase. Additionally, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
How to return the product(s)
- Email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line: RMA + ‘your order number’. Please attach a copy of the completed return form to the email or specifically describe to us what product(s) you will be returning and the reason for returning. This is necessary for you to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) within 30 days of the invoice generated date.
- Place the products inside a shipping envelope and mail it the following address:

- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package. Returns that do not have a RMA written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender (at sender’s expense).
- Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
- Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
Once we have received your returned product, you will receive your money back within 30 days. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
