I started the 5-day Detox because I felt I needed to reset my bowels and get a fresh start. Before taking the Detox, I felt bloated. Only 3 days into the detox program, I felt much lighter already. I’m happy that I finished the full program, because my bowels work much better and I have more energy now. I was surprised by the taste of the drinks. It actually tasted nice, which helped me finishing the program. I kept on the regime of eating less meat and limited my alcohol intake.

Effective product and really a good reset for the body. In the beginning I had to get used to the fiber drink in the morning. The effervescent drink which you need to take 4 times a day is great and really refreshing.
